Words that matter the most
are best unspoken
Don't let other's words fade away
YOURS.
Universe requires all kind of energy
You are the source to many of them.

Just like that

In case of denial, rejudge yourself
your opinion matters the most.
You are the man/woman of the reason

after that there cannot be any
right or wrong.

That's me again

Scared of WHAT!... the ultimate failure?? even
if it means to loose your winning streak today?
Let the defeat bury itself in the earth
and erect a triumphant obelisk upon it.

Rise and Rise of men

You are worthy in a million,
Don't spend yourself unnoticed.
Fear of the self is greater
than of the unknown.

That's me!!

I prefer myself over nature,
Spring means more to me than flowers
Dare not romantisize beauty over brain,
I prefer shadows over colours.

Alone

From childhood's hour I have not been
As others were; I have not seen
As others saw; I could not bring
My passions from a common spring.
From the same source I have not taken
My sorrow; I could not awaken
My heart to joy at the same tone;
And all I loved, I loved alone.
Then- in my childhood, in the dawn
Of a most stormy life- was drawn
From every depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still:
From the torrent, or the fountain,
From the red cliff of the mountain,
From the sun that round me rolled
In its autumn tint of gold,
From the lightning in the sky
As it passed me flying by,
From the thunder and the storm,
And the cloud that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view.

Does it Matter?

Does it matter? - losing your legs?...
For people will always be kind,
And you need not show that you mind
When the others come in after hunting
to gobble their muffins and eggs.

Does it matter? - losing your sight?...
There's such splendid work for the blind;
And people will always be kind,
As you sit on the terrace remembering
And turning your face to the light.
Do they matter? - those dreams from the pit?...
You can drink and forget and be glad,
And people won't say that you are mad;
For they'll know that you've fought for your country
And no one will worry a bit.

Siegfried Sasoon

Suicide in the Trenches

I knew a simple soldier boy
Who grinned at life in empty joy,
Slept soundly through the lonesome dark,
And whistled early with the lark.

In winter trenches, cowed and glum,
With crumps and lice and lack of rum,
He put a bullet through his brain.
No one spoke of him again.

You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when soldier lads march by,
Sneak home and pray you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.

bring in the 'Light'

Look at the brighter side,
after all it only requires a little bit of light
to read the meaning out of life.
